Making a payment to the District of Columbia Government is secure and fast. Payments may be made online using debit or credit cards. To pay fees or fines owed to DLCP, please follow these steps:

  1. Enter the number of the Notice of Infraction (NOI), Special Events, Business Licenses, Vending, or Micro Enterprise Kitchen.

    Example – TAPP21000001 (Special Event license), Vending related licenses (VSP-00000, VEB-00000, VFM-00000, LAPP21000000, VREN21000000, SREN21000000, BREN21000000)

  2. Select “Next” to begin the secure payment process.
  3. Follow the directions on the secure site to complete payment.
  4. Be sure to retain the payment confirmation for your records.
